Education is often the key out of many of the situations children in distress find themselves in.

 

 

At the end of the summer, Act Together kicks off the school year with our Tools 4 School event. At this event, the children receive school supplies, haircuts, medical and dental screening. In addition the families enjoy an afternoon together with games, crafts, and food.

Not only do children need the “tools 4 school” but they also need incentives to encourage them to succeed. Through partnerships with local businesses and through generous donations from our community, Act Together is able to reward at-risk children for academic success.
