Advisory Board: Mark Wells brings legal expertise to the Act Together board. Mark graduated from Rhodes College (Memphis, TN) in 1987 and Emory University of Law in 1990. He has tried more than 35 jury trials in the area of personal injury, criminal and divorce. He has his own practice in Norcross (Law Offices of Mark L. Wells, P.C.) He is a member of the Gwinnett Bar Association, Alliance Defense Fund, and Christian Legal Society . Mark serves as an elder and discipleship team leader at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek. He resides in Norcross with his wife, Ann and son, Nate. Mark serves as the attorney for Act Together. “What a Blessing this ministry is to so many - young and old. Board Members:  Steve Armbrust is the Adult Ministry Director at Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church in Alpharetta. Steve has served in full-time church work for the past 30 years. Steve has worked as a children's pastor and has experience in youth ministry. Steve studied sociology, theology and also has a degree in Christian education. He can even sing and play the guitar. Steve lives in Alpharetta and has 4 adult children. Brian Clark is a skilled journalist and graphic designer who serves as the Managing Editor of Neighbor Newspapers. He is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and has been a guest speaker for several local community groups. He graduated from Oglethorpe University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in communications and rhetoric studies. He is the founder of First Hand Ministries, an Internet ministry that serves as an umbrella for a network of Christian outreach websites. Brian has served as a discipleship leader at Perimeter Church and a children’s Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Atlanta. Brian and his wife, Heather, are members at The Vine Community Church in Cumming. Prior to his work in journalism, Brian and his wife served as apartment missionaries for Apartment Life Ministries. Brian is the chairman of the Act Together board. Robert Covington is the former president of eNable Business Solutions with more more than 25 years experience in technology and operations management. Robert also served as the president of Church Growth Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on the growth of local churches, and was a board member of Senior Housing Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable and high quality senior housing. Robert has served in various aspects of church ministry since he was a teenager. He was elected to the Diaconate of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Miami FL at age 19, and served as Treasurer at 21. He served as an Audio Engineer for more than 18 years in the Technical Ministry of Perimeter Church, and leads the Technical Ministry at Christ Church Presbyterian in Buckhead. Robert serves as the vice-chair for Act Together. Janet Kitchens is an active member at Concord Baptist Church, the Veteran's Alliance, Gideon's Ladies Auxiliary, Autism Speaks and the Miracle League. She is an award winning realtor and former president of the 400 North Board of Realtors. Janet and her husband reside in Forsyth county. They have two grown daughters and one grandson. Janet currently serves as the secretary for Act Together Ministries. Dave Prall is a retired sales executive in the consumer electronics business, where he worked for over thirty years. He is a member of Perimeter Church and has been active in their children’s discipleship and mentoring ministries for many years. Dave is now retired and is excited to be heading up Act Together’s youth mentoring ministry. Dave and his wife live in Johns Creek. They have two grown children and a grandson. Kim Robbins brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She helped establish and manages her husband's CPA firm in Alpharetta. The firm specializes in small business compilation services, consulting and taxation for individual, partnerships and corporations. Kim, her husband Kerry and their two sons J.R. and Charlie reside in Alpharetta and are members of Perimeter Church where Kerry serves as a deacon. Kim is active in the community, volunteering at her children’s school and serving as a den leader for Alpharetta Scout Troop 205. Kim is the treasurer and accountant for Act Together Ministries.
